JOB SUMMARY

Provides specialized administrative support to the Vice President or Director. Responsible for managing projects as assigned including leading, coordinating and completing projects related to strategic, financial, and market development activities.

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

(A = basics; B = preferred)

 

EDUCATION      

A.  Bachelor’s degree within a business discipline

 

B.  MBA, MHA, or related advance degree is preferred.

 

EXPERIENCE    

A.  Minimum of three years of previous healthcare supervisory/management experience. Graduate degree can be substituted for 2 years of experience.

 

B.  Project Management experience

 

LICENSES OR CERTIFICATION 

A.  None required

 

B.  PMP

 

SPECIAL SKILLS

A.  Strong working knowledge of healthcare/clinical operations. Skilled user of MS Excel.

 

B.  Prior experience working with MS Project.

 

OTHER

A.  Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities.

 

B.  Prior experience with MS SharePoint.
