JOB SUMMARY

The Executive Health Patient Specialist II is responsible for developing new business for the International Services and Executive Physical Programs, providing medical interpretation services for non-English speaking patients, facilitating visit schedules for patients in the International Services, Executive Physicals and Corporate Occupational Health programs and perform billing and accounts receivable functions for patient accounts in the International Services and Executive Physical program. Scope of responsibility will include single or multiple departments and /or 4 - 10 providers

  

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

(A = basics; B = preferred)

  

EDUCATION         

A.  High School Diploma.                                 

B.  Degree in Business, Healthcare Administrations, Marketing or related field.

 

EXPERIENCE      

A.  3 years experience in customer service, telemarketing and/or direct sales.

B.  5 years experience in marketing, telemarketing and sales. 

     Previous experience interpreting for Spanish speaking customers may be required if the position is responsible for International patients.

 

LICENSES        

A.  N/A

B.  Certified English/Spanish Interpreter

 

SPECIAL SKILLS   

A.  Proficient in basic computer applications with knowledge of MS Office products.

B.  IDX Experience. 

      Knowledge of Insurance and Managed Care. 

      Knowledge of basic accounting principles. 

      Ability to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently – may be required if the position is for International Services.
