JOB SUMMARY

Plan, direct, develop and coordinate activities of the clinic(s) to ensure attainment of corporate goals and objectives Coordinate directly with the Managing Physicians to achieve the goals of the organization. Ensures proper implementation of policies and procedures related to Finance, Managed Health Care, Quality Assurance/ Risk Management, Marketing, Purchasing and Human Resources at the clinic level.

 

 EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

(A = basics; B = preferred)

 

 

Education

A.

Bachelor’s degree or 1 to 1: substitute years of equivalent supervisory/management administrative experience.

Master's Degree

Experience

A.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of previous supervisory/management experience or Master’s Degree with 3 to 5 years’ experience. 

 

 

B.

Ambulatory Care Management experience.

Licenses

A.

Special Skills

A.

Strong working knowledge of healthcare/clinical operations.

B.

 

Other

A.

Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Management of a minimum 25 providers with $100K in office visits per year at assigned clinic.
