Find and validate online marketing opportunities by studying the habits and behavior of users, competitors, and trends.
Develop means to extrapolate meaningful information, where applicable integrate and reconcile with business system measures, and accordingly analyze, prepare for presentation.
Provide strategic insight and actionable recommendations to optimize web-usage, conversion, and measures.
Interface with multiple teams to manage A/B tests, ensure optimal configuration for analysis, and partner with applicable personnel to analyze results and recommend improvements.
Define and implement routine reports (weekly / monthly).
Conduct analyses of online consumers and impact of marketing campaigns.
Provide recommendations for website improvements.
Dr. Bios – update new physician bios and maintain current bios.
Photos – organize and take new doctor photos. Also manage the process of updating older photos so that all photos are less than 3 years old.

Page building – new content provided by web content creation team.

New Physician Promotions
Search Engine Advertising (SEA) & Search engine optimization (SEO)
Measure SEA/SEO campaign results, provide recommendations on terms and SEO strategy to ensure best optimization of pages on the Site.
Update keywords and page descriptions as needed.
Ensure that all websites have been technically optimized to attract and engage visitors that closely match the agreed profile of the target audience.
Promote both offsite and onsite activities and also the interactions that build ranking, profile and traffic.
Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
(A = basics; B = preferred)
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
3-7 years of experience
Work in a health related field or organization would be beneficial.
Certified or Registered as a Medical Assistant
Special training and understanding of Adobe Analytics and SharePoint. Highly technical aptitude- ability to incorporate new technology into the stream of marketing functions and jobs. Prezi, PPT, web-based software programs. Photoshop usage a plus.
Ability to take video (make edits) and photos of events, headshots and event photos.
