This position is responsible for receipt and processing of KelseyCare Advantage enrollment applications for the various health plan product lines. Responds to incoming calls from members, the clinic or other health plan representatives and may initiate outgoing calls to verify enrollment status. This position is responsible for analyzing eligibility media, utilizing various system applications/databases, processing incoming files, working edits for 100,000(+) managed care members. Responsible for maintaining the enrollment integrity of the EPIC and Health Plan Enrollment systems.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
(A = basics; B = preferred)
A. High School diploma or equivalent
B. Some college or technical school
A. 2-3 years Healthcare Industry or 6 months experience working in Kelsey Care Advantage Sales
B. 1-2 years background in enrollment and/or reconciliation
Prior experience Customer Service in Healthcare Industry
A. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
3-5 years computer, with exposure to various applications to include: MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
B. Ability to export file from Access to Excel.
A. Ability to read and interpret technical reports.
Query reports and provide feedback to appropriate personnel.
Be flexible, able to work overtime as needed
Detail oriented, and work with minimum supervision to meet strict deadlines.
