    JOB SUMMARY

    The Occupational Medicine Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for the total audit review of all forms of communication and result reporting in Occupational Medicine. Provide onsite clinical presence and streamline the transfer of results from clinical to administrative personnel. 

     

     

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    (A = basics; B = preferred)

     

    Education

    A.  60 college hours or 2 years of work experience in lieu of education .

    B.  BS/BA in Business, Science or Healthcare administration

    Experience

    A.  3 years’ prior experience in administration, account management, auditing, or customer services.  Previous experience servicing business related accounts.

    B.  2 years’ experience in a business administrative or administrative coordinator position. Prior experience at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in a corporate account services department.

    Licenses

    N/A

    Special Skills

    A.  10 Key by touch. Type 30 WPM. Basic math ability. Knowledge of health and medical basics.   Knowledge of MS Office Products. Ability to utilize the internet.

    B.   Bilingual, English and Spanish.

    Other

    A.  Excellent customer service skills.

    B.  3 years’ experience in inbound or face to face customer service.
