Participates in the design and implementation of complex interoperable software applications using engineering releases and utilities from manufacturer. Assists with design, coding, benchmark testing, debugging, and documentation of programs. Ability to apply in-depth level of technical skills to provide day-to-day support and maintenance of said solution. Monitors and controls performance and health of the resources. Utilizes software and hardware tools to identify and diagnose problems affecting said solution. Participates in projects and is capable of individual resource and work scheduling of projects assignments. Requires limited day to day supervision and guidance on handling normal situations and seeks assistance in unique circumstances. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Technical Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with Citrix.
2 years of Citrix XenApp
1 year of Citrix XenDesktop
1 year of Citrix PVS
1 year of Citrix EdgeSight
Prior experience in the health care industry including exposure to Epic Systems technologies.
Experience with Lakeside Software – SysTrack Desktop Suite
Experience with AppSense – Desktop Now Suite
Experience with Citrix - NetScaler
Valid Texas driver’s license
Citrix Certified Administrator – XenApp
Citrix Certified Administrator - XenDesktop
Citrix Certified Administrator - NetScaler
Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator
VMware Certified Professional
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Self motivated and excels in team and individual environments;
Implementation, support, and maintenance of Windows Server Operating Systems;
Implementation, support, and maintenance of Microsoft Clustering or other HA/Load Balance solutions;
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting;
Strong understanding of backup / recovery and other business continuity services;
Strong understanding of alerting and monitoring;
Strong understanding of architecture, security, and performance tuning;
Strong VBscript , ADSI, WMI and/or PowerShell skills;
Excellent skills with Microsoft Office solutions.
Advanced knowledge of Windows kernel and
Knowledge of Directory Services Administration (Active Directory, LDAP, ADAM);
Knowledge of build automation, patch management, automated deployments and packaging;
