    JOB SUMMARY

    Applies Systems Administration/Engineering subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex technical server administration issues within established guidelines and by identifying and recommending appropriate alternatives. Acts as a team or project leader and/or system architect providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Does not require day to day supervision and has ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex technical issues.

     

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    Education

    A.

    Technical Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

    Master’s degree

    Four years of System Administrator experience.

     

    • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop in a 3000+ session environment.

     

     

    B.

    Prior experience in the health care industry including exposure to Epic Systems technologies.

    Special Skills

    A.

     

    Qualifications preferred:

    • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop in a 3000+ session environment.
    o Experience with enterprise Citrix virtualization solutions for desktop and application deployments including XenServer, Xendesktop Services, Provisioning Services, App Layering(Formerly Unidesk), and Citrix Receiver.
    o Experience with golden Image design, testing, maintenance, and implementation.
    o Experience with designing, deploying, managing, and configuring persistent(virtual and physical) workstation environments.
    • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with :
    o AppSense EM/AM/PM and AppSense Insight
     Experience with persona management in a non-persistent VDI environment including
    o Citrix Profile Manager, Citrix Director, AppSense Insight
     Experience with VDI monitoring/logging tools such as and Lakeside Systrack.
    • Experience with enterprise desktop deployments and management using Microsoft SCCM, including application package development and software distribution.

    Certifications preferred:

    • CCA-V
    • CCP-V
    • AppSense ACP
    • Certified UWM 10 Administrator
