    JOB SUMMARY

    Assists in the design and implementation of programs for leadership development, performance management, employee engagement and training initiatives in support of organizational goals. Under the supervision of the Manager, Training & Development, the successful candidate will help align department objectives, coach employees and leaders, and enhance organizational performance. The goal is to support and facilitate the organizational changes required to achieve strategic goals, including achieving customer focus and superior business results. Additionally, they will be responsible for demonstrating effective needs analysis, project management, instructional material development, and evaluation skills to determine the needs of the business and implement organizational development solutions.

     

     

     EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    Education

    A.

    Bachelor’s Degree in a related area

    B.

    Master’s Degree in a related area

    Experience

    A.

    Three to five years organizational development work experience.

    Licenses

    A.

    Valid driver’s license.

    B.

     

    Special Skills

    A.

    Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Articulate and/or Captivate or other course software. Experience with LMS administration.

    A.

    • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, problem solving, and facilitation skills.
    • Must act as a positive agent of change and
      consistently demonstrate the ability to adapt to changes in the work environment; juggle and manage competing tasks and demands; and deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
    • Delivers instructor-led training and facilitates
      workshops to improve personal and/or team
      development and effectiveness.
    • Maintains flexibility to participate in and provide OD support to any aspect of the Organizational Development and Learning function. 
    • Facilitate business process mapping sessions as needed
