Responsibilities

Assists, develops, and delivers department specific training, online courses, and programs. Provides direction and facilitates the new and developmental employee orientation program(s). Performs various tasks associated with training development and administration, including assessment, development, delivery, and evaluation of training and organizational programs. Assists in the development of training tools. Assists the Contact Center and Support Managers in designing training modules when required. Participates in clinic initiatives as identified by KSC/Contact Center leadership. Support call volume in the Contact Center as needed.

 EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

(A = basics; B = preferred)

 

Education

A. 

Associates Degree in a related area or three years training or organizational development experience. 

B. 

Management Training Certification
Bachelor’s Degree

Experience

A.

A minimum of 3 years or training experience.

Need to have experience in classroom training and development of materials focusing on dynamic training techniques

OR

Successful completion of Contact Center Training Boot Camp

Licenses

A.

Special Skills

A.

Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

Other

A. 

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, problem solving, and facilitation skills.
